With more than 12 years of Human Resources experience, Stephanie has implemented recruiting and workplace strategies that ensure Cohn & Wolfe hires and retains the best talent. From community volunteer programs to mentor programs to the agency’s unique “employee brand plans,” she has spearheaded programs that have kept Cohn & Wolfe a “Best Agency to Work For” for seven consecutive years. Stephanie is one of the most recognizable HR leaders in the industry as Chair for the Council of PR Firm’s HR Roundtable, through speaking engagements at numerous industry events, and is often quoted in industry trades on issues related to careers in PR.

Stephanie loves to dig deep into candidate experiences and employee skill sets to ensure C&W offers the best talent in the market. She has been instrumental in developing the agency’s dynamic training curriculum, Cohn & Wolfe University, which offers three learning tracks based on level; practice and industry expertise; and strategic priorities including digital and social media, brand-building, and creativity.
